Purchasing a home is one of the most important purchases one will ever make. Good credit is the wealth of people whose purchasing power is limited. More on Credit Repair: Low income housing (affordable) should be monitored closely, especially now, that the housing costs are falling. We also need to teach young people how to build a good credit score that benefits them in getting a better interest rate when purchasing a home. Good credit can make a mortgage payment more affordable and save thousands of dollars that can be used elsewhere in the family budget.
